We hope you are pleased with your purchase; however if you wish to return your order, please note that we will accept returns sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Also, make sure the items are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Unfortunately, we can not accept any item for return which is damaged due to staining (food, makeup, sweat, etc.) or scent (perfume or body odor). We do our best to accept all returns, however, in case the return is in unsuitable condition, we may not accept it. And thus, we will return it to the sender.

Exchanges: Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange on returned items. Should you wish to exchange your items for a different size, colour or garment, return the item first for a full refund and then place a new order for the item you prefer.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 3 working days of the item is returned to us. However, please note that it can take up to 10 working days for the refunds to show on your bank statement. You will receive an email once your order has been refunded.

Please note, that if your returned item was purchased with a discount code, you will not be able to use the same discount code again for any other purchase in the future.

How to return your item

Make sure you send us the item within 14 days of receiving your order in its original condition and with all tags attached. Also, fill in the return document with the details about the item you wish to return. And send the package to the address:

Please note, we do not cover the shipping costs of the return package.  Also, do not forget to mark your parcel as “returned goods” to avoid being charged any international duties. Additionally, ensure that you have a proof of shipping as the parcel remains your responsibility until we receive it. In this case, if the parcel goes missing in the mail, you have the proof that you have sent it.

Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email. After we received the item in the original condition, we will refund your original payment method. It should not take longer than 3 working days to process your refund. However, please note that it can take up to 10 working days for the refunds to show on your bank statement.

How to change or cancel your order

Our automated process fills orders very quickly in order to get your dress out to you as soon as possible. Because of this, we are unable to change or cancel your order after 20 minutes of our order submission. Contact us directly via Live Chat to find out whether we can still modify your order.
