Shipping

Here at Fasheebo, we strive to make your shopping experience a dream come true. To do so, we offer express shipping worldwide on all of our orders.

Shipping destinations

We ship to all countries, however, we are sorry to say that we are currently unable to deliver to Greenland, Faroe Islands, Russia and North Korea.

Shipping method

We ship with DHL Express. Your order is processed within one business day and delivery takes approximately two business days to each country. Deliveries arrive Monday thru Friday (from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.). Unfortunately there is no weekend service available. In order for us to process and send order on the day of purchase, you must order by 4 p.m. Orders placed on Friday after 4 p.m., or over the weekend, will be processed on Monday. However, please note that the timeframe shown in the dropdown menu doesn't include the customs clearance time.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods, such as Sale.

To avoid possible delays use your work address as your delivery address instead of your home address.

Estimated delivery time

Just select your country from the dropdown menu below for an estimated delivery time.

In case your order is overdue, please send us an email or talk to us via video chat. We'll do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Receiving your package

In order to receive your package, you must provide a signature to DHL. In the case that no one is able to sign for the package, the DHL driver will leave a note with instructions about re-delivery or pick-up from the depot in your box.

Tracking your order

Once we ship your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking code (a code that will help you identify and trace shipment as it moves through DHL system to your destination) and link to the DHL tracking site where you can track your package.

You can also track your order right here by using your order number.

Duties and taxes

Almost all shipments that have crossed international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. They are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Therefore you will need to cover the ingoing customs costs or taxes. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
